In the wide-ranging The Kelly File interview, Kelly asked the potential contender for the Republican presidential nomination where he stood in the debate between provoking terror and liberty.
I think its about both, Bush said. I think the First Amendment, and freedom freedom of expression trumps everything else.
However, Bush told Kelly, its not necessarily appropriate to hold an event knowing it could provoke a violent reaction from radical Muslims.
*snip*
Kelly pressed Bush, asking Why is it inappropriate? Why not stand up to the terrorists and say were going to draw what we want to draw?
I dont have a problem with that, Bush answered, explaining that the bigger problem is that America has homegrown terrorists, who can receive a tweet, or receive an email, and provoke them to drive a thousand miles to go kill people.
Bush called for vigilance, and said America cant tolerate terrorists in the making in our country.
The guy whos the hero in this isnt Mrs. Geller, he said. Its the police officer, who shot these two guys dead.

She merely exercise an American freedom in the face of the threat that she and those who participate with her would be murdered if they did.
In my book, that makes her a hero.
Either we have freedom of speech or we do not. There is no middle ground and there must not be an exception for muslim sensitivities.
“The only thing our GOP-e has done since they have the majority is vote to make incandescent light bulbs available.”
Where? Lowe’s has been out for several months.
Indeed it would - and they are waiting for the first time something even remotely close happens...
Yup.
Muslims have veto power over who gets to use the first amendment and how it is to be used.
Yep. And Megyn is doing her part too. She is asking all the right questions.
No more Bushes, no more Clintons, no more Obamas!!
The contest successfully got rid of two islamic terrorists that were in America, before they could cause more harm.
One had already been the subject of a terror investigation. They were terrorist acts waiting for a place to happen. They made the mistake of trying to happen in Texas.
Bush is a coward.
Jeb, were he permitted by Hussein to become President would continue ALL of Hussein’s policies, even his foreign insanities (insane as American policies, rational as Moslem policies), I think. It is quite possible that Bush truly does not understand the threat and reality of Islam. On the other policies he is just a run-of-the-mill Mussolini protege.
Surrender Monkey!
There is lots of room for mud to be copiously thrown between “religions” (with the exception of Jesus Christ personally). Mohammed bedded with an underage girl. Moses and Paul murdered. The problem is not here. The problem is the Judeo-Christian deity versus the graceless, rabid “Allah.” Mohammed has moldered away in the grave. “Allah” is giving us trouble today.
A would be heroine... trouble is, that she is only as firm as the foundation she stands on. And the good old USA is in big big trouble.
If it is Jeb vs. Hillary for President, then this country is beyond repair. I will vote for neither.
Typical RINO trying to be on both sides of the argument.
