Jeb Bush told Fox News Channel’s Megyn Kelly that he would not attempt to immediately reverse President Barack Obama’s executive action on immigration should he succeed him in the Oval Office.
The former Florida governor said he would instead wait for Congress to pass a law to make changes in immigration policy.
That sets Bush apart from many of his Republican counterparts who have said they would take immediate action. Obama in November issued an executive action to prevent millions of illegal immigrants from being deported.
Bush suggested that GOP voters “can be persuaded” to his way of thinking on the issue. …

George Bush was just as stupid and wrecked any chance of a republican winning the presidency in 2008. Remember the big furor he created along with the stupid party? Now along comes his stupid brother.

The illogic of this is breathtaking. The executive order is illegal and unconstitutional. You do not get to take "executive action" waiting for Congress to pass a law it doesn't have to pass. Besides which, this order is likely to be ruled unconstitutional in court and there is currently an injunction in place against it - making Bush's statement all the more illogical.
He will suck all of the money he can and then start to trash the other republican candidates. just like huckabee.

The other day, Cruz was asked whether he would “repeal” Obama’s EO’s. He said he would RESCIND all of them.
You “repeal” a LAW. Obama’s EO’s are illegal; therefore, they are not laws.
I remember when McCain said we should WAIT until we had better welfare in place, and then we could “REPEAL” Roe v. Wade. Certainly not by a President, and certainly not according to a political schedule.
Of course, Roe v. Wade is not LAW, either. It can’t be “repealed.”
Bush, like McCain, has never spent four minutes, total, reading, thinking, or learning about the Constitution.

Obama’s immigration policies have been enacted by fiat and yet, an establishment RINO like Jeb insists that he can only undo them with congressional approval.
