To: Army Air Corps

When they were brand new they were great until gangs and dopers moved into the area ....my great grandad grew up in a project in NYC - multicultural and he says it was fun. He played with kids who were called DP’s at the time (Displaced Persons) from European countries after WW2 - he said he would be yelling while playing with those kids in several languages he learned from them ... and with no adult supervision. Okay, there would be a mom or two watching from a window but none of what goes on today ...

Yes, when they were new, they were nice. I am talking about now. Today, many of them make Yemen seem safe by comparison.
