The little girl can and should be prosecuted for false imprisonment and a myriad of other charges.
And I hope the individuals erroneously charged sue everyone in sight.

Any FRs in Maryland? Maybe they need to flee the entire state. When this case is dismissed Baltimore and its suburbs will go up in flames. watch for riots in Ferguson, Mo, Chicago, Illinois and major cities where Odumb@## has decided and increased the rabble. Just watch there will be no 2016 election as the US will be under marital law by Summer 2015. Odumb@$$ will be the Dictator and ISIS will be here as his enforcement Army.

Yeah, I heard on the radio an excerpt from an interview where she said she had "no conflict of interest" in the case because she's married to the city councilman representing Gray's district!
No, she sees no conflict at all!
She's probably conflating the notion of "no conflict of interest" with that of spousal privilege in a case.
