The Obama administration violated U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen’s injunction halting President Obama’s executive amnesty programs, Justice Department lawyers have admitted to the court, according to the Washington Times.
The Times reports that in a late night filing Thursday, Justice Department lawyers revealed that the Department of Homeland Security had issued some 2,000 three-year work permits (as opposed to the currently permissible two-year permits) to illegal immigrants granted Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

Those would be the ones to go after, unless he has evidence the lawyers are misleading him. Not saying lawyers never deserve sanctions, just thinking out loud in this case, it isn't the lawyers defending this case who are violating the order.

The US Marshals Service is part of the Executive Branch and report to the Attorney General.
Which means of course they will immediately defy their commander and arrest him or his cabinet members...not.
Any that tried it would be deemed a rogue cop, arrested by another and/or likely shot by the Secret Service for endangering the President and a litany of other things.
Which minions from which agency would do this arresting of a sitting Federal judge presiding over a case against the administration?
This ain’t Cuba, yet. I still have a bit of faith that there are some decent men and women working diligently and honestly within the system to stop these a**holes. If I didn’t believe that I’d no longer be posting here.

One wonders if the stories of Obama serving 14 state Governors with warnings of arrest and charges of treason for forming there own “state defense forces” two years ago has anything to do with Jade Helm. There’s more here than meets the eye.
I recently saw the sheriff from Butler county, Ohio (Boehners district) sent a swat team to Baltimore. How is this possible. How does any police force in Ohio have any jurisdiction in Maryland. It sounds very much like a national police force to me. In that case, send there asses to the southern border, Texas can use their help.
What does that mean?
It means ‘everybody on FR is an idiot and should stop posting and reading and certainly stop contributing’. It’s the opposite of encouragement and trying to help find things to be hopeful about.
What avenues? I’m not about to take on the American military. I mean I’m good but not that good. ;) What I truly believe is the reality of what the facts show. I don’t have to like or agree with them. In fact, one has to be clinically insane to refuse reality.
Until such time as the GOP suddenly does an about face and files impeachment charges, then follows through and removes him, or someone deems him mentally unfit to command, nothing can or will be done. That is reality. Accept it or don’t.

It means the people that demanded ‘lesser evil’ by electing candidates everyone knew were RINO/Liberal are 100% responsible for the hell we have today.
