The US Marshals Service is part of the Executive Branch and report to the Attorney General.
Which means of course they will immediately defy their commander and arrest him or his cabinet members...not.
Any that tried it would be deemed a rogue cop, arrested by another and/or likely shot by the Secret Service for endangering the President and a litany of other things.
