Here comes trouble. This is an angle I had not even considered. Most people haven’t considered it. I agree with his conclusions, but coming from him, it’s rather shocking.

The identity issue is the same one that will arise from surrogate pregnancies, anonymous egg and sperm donation, state sponsored secreting of the identity of birth parents in adoptions etc.
It’s a huge can of worms that is not limited to gay parenting
