May 6, 2015: NJ Republicans prefer Walker, poll

"In the 2016 presidential race, a new poll shows New Jersey Republicans prefer a governor who isn’t theirs.

Their choice would be Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker. According to a Monmouth University poll released today, in a matchup between Walker and Gov. Christie, 44 percent of New Jersey Republicans would pick Walker, while 30 percent would go with their own governor. Three months ago, the state’s Republicans had favored Christie over Walker, 51 percent to 30 percent."......

State by state, I just don’t see primary results getting any better than 2nd place in any state. For Bush, the donor list will get fairly small after five or six 2nd-place winnings.

Barring a major slip up, I think Walker will win IA.

Bush is a dismal reminder of his brothers utter and complete failure to champion and defend conservative American values while under attack from the left. When bush is humiliated out of the race, he will have his brother and Karl rove to thank.

Yes, bush had his moments, but his “turn the other cheek” and submit rather than fight under leftist assault lead to the pathetic DHS and other idiocies under his administration.

Why do you think the GOPe has arranged for 39 candidates to toss their hat into the ring and turn this into a complete rugby scrum? They are angling for a brokered convention.

I live in Iowa, and have my ear to the ground most of the time, at least in the area where I live.

NO one, and i mean NO ONE, is talking about Bush here. Cruz, walker and a distant third....rand paul are getting the attention.

bush is not going to win anything here.

Bush is trailing in Iowa because people there are ‘paying attention’.

I’m surprised he’s getting 5% - seems kinda high for a guy who wants to open the borders and flood the country with illegals.

Maybe Bush will concentrate on NH.

Better yet, why don’t you stay out of the race Jeb? We don’t like you!
