The correct answer is this is body Dysmorphic Disorder. It is the same as those who want legs and arms removed. they actually go to foreign countries to get the limbs they think don’t belong to them removed.
Why genital removal is allowed, but not the others when they are part of the same illness, i don’t know.
A judge actually used the above term when ruling in favor of the surgery. A good lawyer would have said “what about those who want legs and arms removed?”
