WASHINGTON (AP) — Hillary Rodham Clinton has agreed to testify on Capitol Hill later this month about the attacks in Benghazi, Libya, and about her email practices.
Her lawyer David Kendall wrote to lawmakers Monday telling them she would agree to the request from a special panel investigating the September 2012 attacks that killed four Americans.
But Kendall said Clinton would testify only for one session. The committee chairman, GOP Rep. Trey Gowdy of South Carolina, had requested that she appear twice, for a hearing on Clinton's use of private emails and for a separate session on Benghazi.
Kendall said Clinton would answer all lawmakers' questions during one session and it would not be necessary for her to appear twice.

That should give enough time to answer most of the questions.
Also, she will have to attest under oath that there are NO other relevant emails..I sure hope Gowdy has a few in his pocket
The idea is to appear so she can say that she appeared and it’s time to give the subject a rest.
Not that she will say anything worthwhile.

Brain malfunction, undiagnosed early onset dementia, damage caused by alleged/possible stroke - any number of excuses will be presented when she is “unable” to testify. Guess what lady, good intentions in this case don’t count.

If she doesn't testify UNDER OATH, her testimony will be worthless. She will merely lie her ass off about everything!!

That does not imply that Trey is cooperating with them. There is only so much that can be done when it comes to uncovering wrong doing.
The best that can be done is to show that she’s a snake. If people will still vote for her, do you think thatbitvwould matter if he uncovered everything?
