Smith College, the largest of the all-female Seven Sisters schools, is changing its policy to accept transgender women.
[Snip]
Other women's colleges, including Mount Holyoke and Wellesley, also have changed their policies to admit transgender women.

Do you suppose the applicants will have to take a physical before being accepted?
“Smith College, the largest of the all-female Seven Sisters schools, is changing its policy to accept transgender women.”
Smith College and totally confused, mixed-up gender identity fruit cakes. A perfect match.
I wouldn’t say snooty- It’s all about keeping the 1 to 10$’s intact.
Frankly, I’m surprised it took them this long as such a bastion of liberal thinking.
There is value in single sex edumacation don’t you think?
hang a couple of bags of water around your neck and tell people you feel pretty... and then you’re a woman.
it’s no wonder the left are so wrong on so many things... they can’t understand basic human biology obvious to 5 year olds (until they’re ‘educated’ to the ‘ways of the world’)
They’ll rue the day they elected for this nonsense.
>> You might not be happy at Smith.
You’re probably right.
Oh well, I’m way too old now, so I’ll never find out. I couldn’t afford it anyway. Anyway, I’m pretty sure that Mrs. Tick would throw cold water on the plan. :-)
Smith has had males (called "coeds") living on campus, taking courses, including some graduate degrees, for at least 40 years.
The test will be if they try to make the actual girls share double or triple rooms with the trannies. Room lotteriestalk about an unlucky ticket!
Interesting to find that out, and how that will be gamed to get in to said school and or school(s) that follow suit...
So when the first student is raped/sexually assaulted by a poser or one of these mentall ill folk what you gonna do then?
Smith college must be around $50,000 a year. In the interest of gender and tranny equality they should be offering free tuition to trannys to get their numbers up to quota standards
Whats the tranny quota at all female universities like Smith? My tranny proposal is to get Tim Cook/Apple to fund these tranny scholarships until the number of trannys and lesbians are equal
Excellent! This moves Smith college from one that keeps its students female, to one that discriminates only against normal men!
Vive la “tolerance”!
Why would a fine college like Smith encourage people with publicly-acknowledged severe psycological problems anywhere near their campus? It’s not compassion ... it’s illogical ... and potentially dangerous to their students.
That sounds like a good deal for a frat boy type who is going to college only for the girls. Go to Smith College, and you get to share rooms with and shower with a bunch of college girls. All you have to do is grow your hair out (and not even that if you say you identify as a butch lesbian woman).
The way society has devolved, the “T” in LGBT are very special, and a recognized grievance group according to politically correct theology.
And the people who run Smith College pride themselves on being good liberals. In order to be good liberals and practice what they preach, they need to happily admit “transwhatever” fake females, to prove how liberal they are.
It seems we’ve heard more about “trans” whatever peoples in the last couple of years than before. To listen to some of these people, you would swear you just haven’t experienced life fully until you have had your sex change operation...........
I feel your pain. I’ve been one for 58 years.
No such thing as “ thought crime rape” if you are a lesbian, even a male one.
At Smith the lesbians are the lipstick lesbian types. The cute ones. With a small number of the bullish fat ones known as bull dykes. IOW the right man could convert quite a few of them.
