Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby ruled Freddie Gray's death to be a homicide.
I hope and pray this is a wake up call to all police departments across the nation and that is if there is a cop with issues - get him out of there or else there will be problems down the road.
Outside of Boston, they're all shells of their former selves. All that's left are welfare offices, quickie marts ("We accept EBT"), and pawn shops.
All six of them? BS. Get the GPS/Cellphone coordinates from that van, possibly determine how driver was driving.. For starters.

GPS/cell phone coordinates don't work like that. You couldn't tell, for instance, if the van stopped short a couple of times, took a couple of sharp turns, etc. They just don't have that level of precision.

Baltimore cops had better start figuring out a second career choice and another place to move to now. If not, their choice will end up being made for them by black liberation racists like the mayor and States attorney.
You could time the distance between a couple of the stops. Determine recklessness or not, no? Perhaps these vans have more sophisticated internal telemetry data?

Yes, you could time the distance between stops, etc., but that would only tell you the average speed at whatever intervals you’re timing. Not whether there were any sudden stops/starts in between.
I doubt these vans have more sophisticated internal telemetry data - why would they? These are essentially work vans - the precise information that such telemetry data could provide is not information that anyone commonly needs to know.
The blame for the plight of black inner-city youths falls squarely on white farmers in Iowa, white lobster fishermen in Maine, white hairdressers in San Francisco, white computer programmers in Arizona, and all other whites.

They might as well save time and money. Mosby has already found the officers guilty. The jury can proceed directly to the penalty phase (death or life imprisonment).
The stop (iirc 2nd) that was away from the others and not reported is the smoking gun. No reason to go in that direction —away from all others and there WAS a reason it wasn’t reported
They did time. That’s how they found the missing stop. Then they found it on “private” cameras. No film has been released YET

I have such conflicting thoughts about this.
If the charges are based on facts, these cops need to pay the price. If there was really no probable cause to even arrest him this is awful.
Because there are so many agendas here it’s going to be a long time before we know the truth.
Regardless- it is showing us some very ugly parts of our country. Possible police brutality...disgusting riots and looting...
Look for bigtime quiting by members of the Baltimore police, up to 40%.
