The blame for the plight of black inner-city youths falls squarely on white farmers in Iowa, white lobster fishermen in Maine, white hairdressers in San Francisco, white computer programmers in Arizona, and all other whites.
The only solution is more Democrats in power, and higher taxes on the working class.
