Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-Md.), who represents part of Baltimore, said Wednesday that the anger that has been on display in the city this week could occur anywhere in the country.
"Baltimore can happen anywhere," he said while appearing on CNN's "New Day." 'You’ve got people look at us right now saying, “That will never happen in my community.' But, yes it will. But you’ve got to have people that listen, and you’ve got to begin to act on it."

Anywhere Democrats are in charge long-term, Elijah.
And a willingness of the population to not prevent looting by means of armed resistance.
Arrest him for terroristic threats - inciting a riot.
Its not going to happen here.

That is a necessary but not sufficient condition. There is a reason Democratic dominated places like SF, Seattle and Portland have no risk of going Ferguson.
Oh, they can “go Ferguson.”
The mayor is black, the police commissioner is black, the NGCG is black. They’re the ones not listening, but it’s always, always somehow a white man’s fault.
It’s not going to happen around me while I’m out in chilly rural Minnesota with my two growly dogs and a shotgun.
I don’t see it in central Texas outside of east Austin and even there it is a stretch.

Pretty crude and pretty obvious... but still a threat...
I’m not worried, my civic ‘leaders’ will protect me and my property.... just like I have been PAYING them to do all my working life. ;)

Well, that’s why they want to nationalize the police force,
to protect the rioters from crackers like the guy in the picture.
Rep. Elijah Cummings once again trying to portray hisself as Elijah the Prophet. With one or two qualifiers, he may be right... uh ah no wait, correct. There is no way in hell Elijah would be ‘right’. The qualifiers being; The city must be heavily Democrat with a large or majority black population.
I was just thinking, forget Phoenix, lol. Might get ‘stopped’ rather quickly.
