Do you know that at one time blacks had less out of wedlock births as a percentage than whites?

Yes. I knew that.

Liberals have destroyed black families but blacks are the ones that let it happen. They took the easy road.

It is a such a shame. None of us are better off for it. We have a great country but it could have been so much better. Imagine if we all lived in a more prosperous and safer nation. That’s what it would have been if blacks didn’t sell out.

it’s all true. Boycott’s post above is all true. We do not benefit from 15 percent of the country being a disaster. I became embroiled in a race war tonight it felt like. WHAT A SHAME. It is not me.
but driving a cab in those neighborhoods and getting robbed, seeing hundreds of young blacks just hanging around delis and gas stations when car services and MCD’s had signs for workers, it made me desensitized. The prostitution , the drugs, the disregard for life what a shame.

Obama has created an atmosphere where black riots are tolerated, if not encouraged for political purposes.

They will be hard to reign in. The next white/conservative President will be tested early with such a scenario. A pretext will be found for politicized black riots, and the response will be judged either “uncaring” or “racist/heavy handed.”

Yeah and that in my opinion is grounds for impeachment, that was idiotic, and stupid to say, as much as I really do not care for Don lemon and not because he is gay but at times he will rail against the so called black underclass culture which is very hostile to gays, I think he knows the truth of what goes on.

In every crisis, especially a black one, CNN always has access that FOX can only dream of. Lemon really surprised me. He disagreed with the governor’s remarks and said so. But, also, he had that mayor’s number.

“He would go into a city, give a speech and whip them up, then leave before the riots started.”

But not before he’d “sampled” some of the women.

“What a waste. Cops just standing in place watching all this, so the criminals could have their “space” and “speech”. Ridiculous. Sad for the police.”

While I agree with you about it being a waste, how can you say it’s “sad for the police,” when their “actions” started the whole thing. And like Judge Napolitano said tonight on Kelly, “The government was slow to react and ineffective at stopping the violence before it got out of hand,” and “given the circumstances surrounding Gary’s death, it’s long past time when the “investigation” should have had some basic answers.” All of it would have served to diffuse the situation. They can’t even tell us why the cops took the guy into custody.

No, Gray started it when he ran from the Police.

:(. This is sad. I’m not saying he was a great man, but seeing what his people became? Wild savages in the street. After a group of men and women who by law could not eat in white establishments went through hell to break barriers.
MLK and JFK dying and LBJ living were the death knell of blacks. If you think I’m soft or left of center read some of my posts. Some think I am rabidly racist. I am not. I am heartbroken by what could have been.
But once a dog goes rabid, it has to be put down.

I think even MLK was over-rated at times, sometimes I wonder if he would have been like a Jessie Jackson (Who worked with King) as time went on, but I do have to say that he's right about character, not ethnicity. However, I cannot deny what I see and it seems like a huge number of Blacks are either like the rioters or (the majority of this group) agree with them. I think what happened to the suspect in Baltimore was fishy and needs investigated but the rioters are way, way wrong. One of my bosses at a job I had, he told me that "Obama being elected set back race relations back to 1970." I think it went even further in some cases. I think he done so much to hurt things, in addition to being radical, he used affirmative action and the way he acts just proves the stereotype that racists have placed upon blacks such as being shiftless, lazy and hedonistic.

Despite the Jim Crow laws, from the time of slavery ending up until LBJ, Blacks made great progress. Here in the Pittsburgh area, we ha the Hill District which was a swinging place of Black owned businesses like car dealers, radio/TV stores, nightclubs and so on. We haf two Black baseball teams, the Pittsburgh CRawfords and the Homestead Greys. Pittsburgh was the biggest jazz scene on the route between New York and Chicago. Black families had a father and mother raising kids. We had beautiful music from that community like jazz and soul.

Today is a lot different. Families are busted, the thriving neighborhoods are Hell-Holes, businesses are gone or left and you have rap and ghetto talk replace soul and jazz. They have devolved or regressed

What scares me is there will be a point when somewhere, sometime, someone(s) will stand up and say "enough!" We can only pray that this someone(s) will be firm but temper things enough to be merciful when needed. Otherwise, we could end up with a dictator bent on genocide at worst. Still people can only take so much.

well written.
it could end bad.
one of Obama’s sons came into a deli in my Italian neighborhood maybe 14 years ago. He touched my girlfriend’s backside. The next ten minutes were very painful for him.
The Pakistani owner (on paper anyway, mafia owned it) told me to go home, the people in the deli didn’t remember what I looked like, and that was that.
Like I said, on staten island if they are crazy enough to venture into the heartland of 300,000 crazy Italians and irish that would be bad for them.

I suggest anyone who thinks this has anything to do with police action or a suspect dying while in custody watch the following on YouTube:

Anarchy USA: In the Name of Civil Rights

You'll see this is all manufactured, coordinated and planned by radical communists. The frightening part is that they are doing this from within the seats of power in our federal government, not starting it from the street level.

“No, Gray started it when he ran from the Police.”

Sorry, no sale with me. The cops are supposed to be the adults. Lots of people decide to run from the cops for a variety of reasons, and they don’t die as a result. I am not saying you should ever evade the cops, but they don’t get to bring the death penalty with them for anything they choose. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. If Gray died from being thrown around inside a cop van while cuffed and shackled, there will be at least manslaughter charges following, second degree murder if it can be proved that they cops gave him a “nickel ride just for $hits and giggles. The cops had the power to not have had this happen.

Actually the bigger question is why wasn’t this guy already in jail with the long rap sheet he had? He’d be alive today if they did their job and put him behind bars.

You are absolutely right about causation. I’m convinced of the police brutality. But burning Baltimore brought no justice to that cause. The mayor was late to wake up, coddling the criminals, holding off police, delaying the call for enough forces, and way late calling the governor for the Guard.

I mean sad. It is sad when our forces and our military ever have to be seen in retreat from thugs and outside fascist influence, in the face of raiding, stealing, burning and destruction is an open invitation to criminals for more of the same.

IMHO, there was no question the neighbors were angry that the police stood there outmanned and did nothing to even protect themselves, let alone the residents, or even try to stop the lighting of fuels and fires in the street.

The mayor called for destruction space and free speech and the police were frozen in place. This can’t fly, I don’t think.

I’d like to think, at the end of the day, her behavior will result in her removal from office. She needs to be “Nagined.” Being a black mayor, you gotta know that she’s most likely knee-deep in corruption. Take her out on charges of corruption, because “her constituents” will never vote her out of office.
