I heard the Foundation employed 400...not 2000.

NY Post reported their investigation of records showed 2000.

Looks like you're onto something....phantom employees is a common n/p scam to skim off tax-free money.

According to the website glassdoor.com

Clinton Health Access Initiative had 60 salaried employees as of February 17, 2015

Clinton Global Initiative had 21 (no date given)

Clinton Foundation had 13 salaried employees as of November 3, 2014.

[I don’t have access to the ‘details’ on that website.]

The Weekly Standard has a graphic that shows some $2.9 in salaries for various Clinton Foundation employees. Salaries range from $484k to $160k.
