I’m not seeing circumvention per se. How can you circumvent what is not even being enforced?

If the illegals in our midst are intent on being wards of the State, they ought not reside here. Period. OTOH, provided we establish a temporary moratorium on immigration and require by law principled participation on the part of those who are intent on contributing to our form of life under a limited government, the natural and intellectual resources are substantial enough.

What we cannot endure, however, is granting the authority to establish public policy (i.e. voting privileges) to those who have no interest in maintaining and enhancing our Constitutional Republic. That includes a good many who are already citizens, whose cries for lawlessness ought to disqualify them from both voting and public office.

The world has often advanced and made stations of servitude that keep ignorance and malfeasance from privileges of power. It would not be all that strange to grant a form of citizenship that denies certain privileges unless and until the subject is proven to be worthy of exercising greater influence on public policy. In short, there ought to be a license to vote just like we have a license to drive.

The act of not enforcing, is an act of circumvention.

It doesn’t matter what the intent of the illegal is.

They are here illegally.

We don’t want to establish a two tiered system. It breeds contempt and the desire to stick it to the upper class.

This whole thing is a festering blister ready to explode and infect the whole body.
