There is no law preventing people from other lands from setting foot on ours, and even settling. They simply do not, and should not, enjoy the rights that naturalized citizens have unless Congress decides to enact laws other than currently on the books as regards naturalization. Again, just because someone crosses our border and lives here does not make them ipso facto “illegal.” Such people will be subject to law enforcement as regards the general population, but they do not live under our Constitution, so an officer need not read them their rights, for example. Nor are they entitled to a jury trial as are we. In short they are not entitled to those things we enjoy by virtue of being naturalized citizens. Do you know what those privileges are?

You can either study the laws and learn about them, or continue to parrot the knee-jerk wishes of those who are all hyped up over the matter. But you will not find me disappointed with your tenacity and desire to see our way of life promoted, upheld, and defended.
