In November of last year, news broke of President Obamas order to conduct a comprehensive review of how the U.S. government handles hostage situations involving Americans taken by terrorist groups abroad. The answer on where ISIS gets the money to kidnap, rape, and torture: European governments pay them.
That’s what Obama has been doing from the Get-Go.

The ONLY reason to negotiate with terrorists is if you want to make more of them.
You kill one of ours, we kill ten thousand of yours.

OR maybe we should ferret them out and send them to hell. Start cutting off their damn heads and burying them in pig feces and I bet the kidnappings will stop.
Works for me.
A country that pays ransom puts a bull's eye on the back of every one their nationals.

Cracks me up every time.
Obama negotiates like a Mengalore.
ISIS asks insane ransoms, $50M for a hostage or more. Then when the government official talks them down to $500K and claims to have saved 99% of the money, everyone feels good - except the next hostage. I'd rather take ISIS at their word. If they demand $50M, we deliver $50M in 500 pound bombs, or in ammo from a gunship.
