On March 24th the YouTube channel “Model Pranksters” elected to upload the following video to their channel, and it becomes a prank gone horribly wrong.
They apparently thought it would be a wise idea to travel to Kentucky, dress up as the murderer from the “Scream” movies, hide in the darkness, pop out with what appears to be a rifle, and point it at innocent people. Watch what happens when he chooses the wrong guy to scare, and then nearly wets himself.
I wish I could say I laughed at that video while watching it, but I didn’t. Frankly I found it extremely dangerous, and disturbing. I think I speak for most concealed carriers when I say, that prankster is very lucky to still be walking this Earth. Most law-abiding gun owners wouldn’t have hesitated to start sending groups of lead in his direction, and it would’ve been “No Billed” and justified. The fact that he was actually pointing what appears to be a rifle at innocent and unsuspecting people could actually be construed as “Terroristic Threatening in the Third Degree” under KY state law. There’s some pranks that you just don’t do.
Yeah, well, Darwin would laugh, anyways.
This is NOT funny.
Good lesson for those who carry.....what training and practice have you had to defend yourself with your CW ....when *the time comes*?

This sounds like a really good way to get shot while being a “funny” guy. As you note.
Laz, about 5% of the adult population of our state has a concealed carry license, and many of them do so routinely, based on my observations.
I feel naked if I leave my house without a firearm.
Church, bank, work, whatever. I'm packing. Fortunately, haven't had to use it except to punch holes in paper or a hay bale.
It’s a bad idea to bring a fake gun to a real gunfight.
