On Thursdays broadcast of Fox Business Networks Making Money, host Charles Payne made a bold prediction when he suggested that President Barack Obama would make a push for slavery reparations.
The news is a glimpse of much bigger news that is going to come from the White House, next year, Im leaning towards, Payne said during his Paynes Passion segment. I think that theres going to be an official apology from the White House to slavery in America and then a major push to get cash, and Im talking lots of cash.
Many including those closest to President Obama will push him to make this happen, Payne continued. I actually think it would be a major mistake. Instead, Obama should really discuss and focus on all of the progress we have made and how all Americans need to move forward for better days for all of our kids.

Can I collect reparation money for my G.A.R. Great-great Uncle who died as a POW in Confederate prison?
Didn’t think so.
Think it would be a great campaign issue .
Acceptance of the reparation payment will render any recipient ineligible for any form of welfare in the future.
He can only pardon those convicted of federal crimes.
Which is bad enough...
Precisely. That is how it’s going to end up. There is an old saying that the two worst things that can happen to you is never getting what you want — and getting what you want.
In a decent, honest world, that lowlife would be in prison.
I'll just wait and see how much the American voter is willing to put up with.
I’m all for this. While I honestly believe even this congress will tell him to piss up a rope, it will guarantee another democrat won’t be elected to national office for a generation..
A professional basketball player needs more money. Maybe that will be part of the cost of a $200 ticket to see people play sports.
Charles Payne is very sharp and may have good sources. I wouldn’t be surprised if Obama did adopt this as a cause, but I doubt he would expect it to pass. Rather it would be a way of whipping up emotions among black voters in advance of the 2016 elections—think of the passions he and Holder whipped up over Ferguson, but on a much bigger scale.
Wouldn’t matter, even if we gave every black in the country that could prove the were descendants of slaves a billion dollars ... they would be broke within a month.
I’d be okay with that.
2nd part of deal, those that don’t take it and stay forgo any more EBT, welfare handouts, subsidized housing, etc.
In other words, it’s a one time cashout deal - you choose to stay and be a real contributing citizen, or get your final freebies with your last “payoff” and don’t come back.
Since when do the rules apply to him?
“It will become a campaign issue and anybody not behind it will be labeled racists.”
I predict one of two outcomes - (a) the death of the Democrat party or (b) impeachment of the One led BY THE DEMOCRATS.
Bringing this up just after those of us who write checks to the U.S. Treasury so people who don’t pay taxes can receive their tax credits and free health care ... yeah, a trial balloon about claiming an even bigger piece of the pie (that we didn’t make) is definitely bad timing.
I’d up that to $500,000 per family.
Adios.
I’d do the same think with followers of Islam in the U. S.
I’d offer up $200,000 for illegals who wish to repatriate back to their nation of origin. At the same time I’d put armed troops on the border with Mexico, and close it tighter than a clams ass.
Then I’d tell the government of Mexico, if they don’t stop the illegal activity, we’ll invade and take 100 miles of Mexico as a buffer.
Fool what does he care about laws ?
It wouldn’t matter.
You could give the grievance crowd 50 grand and it would be gone in a year. They still couldn’t sign their name.
I would pay almost any amount to put an end to the status quo.
The can collect from a barrister in Nigeria - in person - on a one-way trip
