But Jeb Bush has not a breath to spare for the Constitution which empowers and requires the United States Senate to yield its consent to the president's appointees. When the plain language of the Constitution is ignored in favor of mindless slogans such as a president has a right to his team, mindless results inevitably follow.

How much better simply to follow the Constitution and do one's duty.
