Regardless of what he has said, will say right on up to the time he may or may not be nominated, he will say what he has to in order to make as large a tent as possible.
That said, whether he follows through on this veiled support of gay marriage, I have no doubt he would work to legalize those illegals already here and give them a path to citizenship. I have no doubt about that.
He’ll never get a vote from me.
Limbaugh will devote a good deal of his program today trying to explain this away—if he’s even aware of it—as he’s spent a lot of time the last several days attempting to rehabilitate Rube’s amnesty antics.
Sure, I’d attend a homosexual wedding. If a fellow with that predisposition found a woman willing to put up with that kind of challenge I’d wish them all the best. Now, if someone wants to have an expensive ceremony and reception attached to an oxymoronic fantasy, I have better things to do with my time.
So he’s going to sit there and watch two men KISS or two women KISS??? OMG! How disgusting.
He is neither Catholic nor conservative. We don’t need any pro-homo candidates.
I’d never would have voted for you at all before you said it, Rubio.
If he disagreed with homosexual marriage he would not go, regardless of who is involved. Doesn’t matter as Marco “Amnesty” Rubio is not a serious candidate. He’s just trying to get his second 15 minutes of fame.
Rubio has “no” core principles ... other than career success ...
how much was Rubio paid to run a kamikaze presidential campaign ?
.
I’m so glad the MSM is focused on the important issues like homosexual marriage and not silly frivolous things like massive unemployment and underemployment.
Adios, puto!
I totally agree!
Not only this obvious pandering, but I still have severe reservations over his ties to the “Gang of Eight”, the GOP Establishment, McCain and Graham. AMNESTY remains a deal breaker for me as well.
I am very comfortable in my support for TED CRUZ.
Bye bye...
Thanks Marlo, that’s all I needed to confirm my decision. See ‘’ya.
I am not a Rubio supporter - he’s too inexperienced, he shows distinct neocon behavior signs, he got rolled by Chuck Schumer, and he’s probably not smart enough (jury is out on that one).
But nobody who wouldn’t answer that question - “would you attend a “gay wedding” - in the affirmative is going to be elected President in 2016, or afterwards. That’s a fact.
America’s been overwhelmed by “nondiscrimination”. That’s a serious, perhaps fatal, collective mistake. But it’s the truth.
Nobody is pro “gay marriage”. It’s what Tom Wolfe called a “social Xray”. It’s a screening test for “discriminators”.And nobody who flunks is going to win.
I think that is a bit over the top. Just saying.
Liked him on Pro-life, lost me a bit with the amnesty talk, now COMPLETELY lost me for good with this crap.
Will NEVER vote Rubio.
Keep digging, pretty boy.
As a Catholic, which I presume he is, attending a gay “marriage” ceremony is actually a grave sin, as it creates scandal for others who can rightly conclude he tacitly approves of such a union by simply attending. It doesn’t matter if it’s a beloved relative. We are to be witnesses to the Faith, by word AND deed. He would participate in another’s sin by going which is a sin itself.
I too have seen all I need from him. He’s done. Next!!
Wow. I’m really amazed that he would say this. Attending the wedding is condoning their sin.
I think what’s even more amazing is why this is such an important topic. The media glosses over all the real crap that’s going on in this world and is fixated on this homosexual deviance.
Rubio, though not in my top 3, did fine with his answer. But the candidate I am looking for will figure out how to shoot down the left's red herrings and focus on the real problems this country faces. Unless we have a president who will stand up against the very real threats of a floundering economy, illegal immigration and Muslim Extremists, getting married will be the least of the gay community's problems. Hell, it will be the least of Christians' problems as well.
