Really?
And how can she relate to someone living on a fixed income?
Its not as easy as it sounds.
Probably needs to drop that last 10 lbs for a movie
Nobody believes she will do that.
How much of her own money has she donated?
$29 worth of food.
$2900 worth of cocaine.
In all honesty, the kale and treebark tofo she normally eats is not that expensive.
Incredibly asinine
It ain’t hard.
A couple loaves of bread and a 24 pack of Ramen will do. It ain’t gourmet but it will do.
She is strictly organic and paleo. She can buy a carrot for that much.
I don’t think the “common woman” lives on $29 of food a week
She plans on going to her moms house for dinner;) Blythe Danner.
The $29 per person per week average is not meant to be the full amount to survive on. It is the average value so it is for someone making money which they have in addition to food stamps. A better comparison would be for the full ride 100% amount.
People on food stamps buy steaks and lobster - most don’t even need the extra handout but take it. Like the recent guy said when taking food stamps and didn’t need it, who am I to judge this system?
As long as we are performing meaningless gestures.
Given how skinny she is I think that might be an increase in her budget.
Um,um, um.
Ramen sandwiches.
Here is Paltrow's home in Los Angeles; pretty darn big carbon footprint.
Again, nice place. I am betting I live on less than these people live on...so I won't feel bad if I go out to eat and have a $30 steak for dinner.

I cannot understand what anyone sees in this Hollywood airhead.
Without $10,000 worth of makeup and clothes and the right photographer she is a hawg.
FReeper Grania and I had a $32/week food contest to show that it can be done. We both did very well indeed, balanced diets with very different kinds of food preferences.
She can go to Taco Bell and get bean burritos for $1.29 each. They are good for you. I should do that myself and lose a few pounds.
So a woman born with a silver spoon in her mouth is goignt o show us common folk how to eat on 29 bucks a week. Now thats rich! I lived in foster homes growing up in the early 1960s. At one home in Phoenix,AZ. we had to stay in the fenced in back yard all day. The two fat nasty women would bring out beans and corn bread once a day around 3:clock in the afternoon. One day a kid about 10 years old took two pieces of cornbread. He got the crap smacked out of him right there. And this is just one story. One day me and my brothers just walked out the front door. About an hour later the cops picked us up.
