Disturbing video filmed on Thursday April 9, 2015 by local news KNBC Channel 4 in Los Angeles captures a group of San Bernardino County sheriffs deputies beating a man after he had clearly surrendered. The man's name is Francis Pusok and he led police on a horseback pursuit. He clearly has his hands spread on the ground, and you can even see one of the cops kick him right in the groin, before proceeding on a full assault on the man.
I’d say “unbelievable” but there are some who do this, for sure.

The guy lay on the ground on his belly and put his hands together behind his back, ready for the cuffs, instead he suffered a sustained sheriff mob beating, and left unconscious and/or injured for 45 minutes, without medical care.
America better get control of these law enforcement machines and rein in their unions and their taking over of city and state governments, or all is lost.
Yup, I saw it too, ready to be cuffed.
They had no idea the news chopper was orbiting far above the Sheriff chopper.

They were tactical special black ops commando hero veterans, going to “battle”—fine specimens of perfect physical fitness and true manhood. What do you think of the spectacle, citizens of Rome? The news team in the immediate post action reveal on TV said there were dozens of hits. 37 of varying types, 13 blows to the head, a lot of leg kicks and a myriad of others. They were still waiting to show the SBC Sheriff the video to get his reaction.
I’m this guy’s lawyer, and I’m counting every blow, at a minimum of $1M each. I’m also looking at the video and wanting to talk to the guy that held the horse while the others beat him as their turns came up, same goes for the Sheriff’s copter pilot and crew.
You see stuff like this, the murder in SC and hear of the same types of things to varying degrees and society wonders why some elements react to LE the way they do? Even law abiding citizens are starting to look at LE as a real danger.
That young man, thug or not, will be able to buy a horse farm after this.

I mentally quoted the attorney about the 2 deputies who had to be treated for heat exhaustion - they were exhausted from beating that man in the sun?
Thugs, punks, pigs??? Nothing but a criminal, armed gang...Every single one of them should be fired and prosecuted...
It’s really disturbing because they, in taking the meting out of justice in their own hands, have actually obstructed justice and a possible conviction for the charges he was originally chased. He’ll likely not even be indicted now unless there has been a murder or something like that.
