Police in Texas have launched an investigation after online video surfaced showing a Hunt County Sheriffs officer strike an Air Force veteran who was nine months pregnant last month.
Footage shows two deputies restrain Deanna Robinson during the March 4th incident as they accompanied Child Protective Services to her parents home to remove the 38-year-olds 18-month-old son Landry over allegations of of abuse.
Robinson can be heard shouting that she is pregnant before a deputy is seen at the end of the video hitting her.

Robinson told WFAA that the accusations of child abuse stem from a March 1st incident when she and he husband got into a shoving match while she held her son. Robinson said she went to stay with her parents afterwards to let things settle down. A teacher at her nine-year-old stepsons school, however, learned of the incident and contacted CPS.
On March 3rd, CPS and law enforcement personnel showed up at her door and knocked, Robinson told WFAA.
He said, Were here to remove your son, Robinson said. I said, Nobody is touching my kid without a court order or a warrant.
According to the 38-year-old mother, officers failed to show her the documents and forced themselves into her home.
Im positioning myself in front of my child as the officers are screaming, Theres the kid. Grab him, she told WFAA.

Robinson is an Air Force veteran who won the branchs high honor, the Airmans Medal, for dragging several soldiers out of a burning plane in Iraq.
My powder is dry.
Multiple closed-fist punches to the gut.
If one looks back on history and ever wonders, "how could Germany have allowed the rise of Naziism and the Gestapo", one only has to realize that there are always sadistic individuals only too willing to be the iron boot of the State.
Approaching cautiously. Way more to this than we know from this article.
Never send your child to public school
No warrant. No court order.
I AM HERE TO TAKE YOUR CHILD AWAY.
While my jack boots punch you in your pregnant belly.

The only caution I would have used is to make sure that everyone that entered my property uninvited got a free trip to the morgue.
Thats what im thinking.
How much you want to bet the stepson was guided and prompted by his father, the womans husband, to tell his story to the teacher.
I get the cops performing a welfare check on the kids due to the allegation. Not sure why the situation escalated the way it did. I’m sure there’s a lot more to this story than is written here.
It was her fault. She should have hid in the attic like Anne Frank.
CPS is a tool of the State.
There may be blame for the officers’ actions, but the fault, 100%, is that of the CPS Nazis.
Never open the door to police. Answer from an upper story window if possible.
I require no further proof.
They’ll break the door down, regardless.
Could you come over and comment about the cop who shot a guy in the back eight times? http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3276919/posts . I don’t think anyone’s defending him.
There are four circumstances in which an officer of the state can enter a private residence.
1) Invited in
2) Warrant / Court Order
3) Probable cause (i.e. witnessing a crime)
4) Exigent circumstance (chasing a suspect, imminent danger)
Of these, NONE appear to apply to this circumstance. The investigation should be starting with that determination of fact and then move to the use of force question.
I don’t require any more proof, either. Did you guys see the punches? He should be fired and charged with assault. Horrendous that any man could consider doing that to a pregnant woman. Makes you wonder what else he has gotten away with.
No thanks. There are bad people in every profession. Hospitals alone kill over 400,000 people a year. Where are the bad doctor threads?
Robinson took Landry and went to stay at her parents until things settled down, she said. Her three step-children remained with their father, she said. One of them reported the fight to a teacher, who informed children’s services.
All, save Levi, have been taken into CPS custody. Robinson’s parents are caring for the newborn.
