The Left is bereft of ideas. They have run dry as everything they are trying to force on us has flopped. They have nothing to offer America because they are hollow greedy people that don’t really care how they get what they want. We have been reminded of this yet again by Mychal Smith who writes for PBS’s “Race Today.” Smith told us that equal opportunity between Americans is racist. George Orwell’s Big Brother would be proud.
Smith is obviously a victim of the Left’s latest attack of Tourette’s syndrome which compels its sufferers to uncontrollably repeat a catch phrase over and over in place of words derived from an actual thought. Mister Smith has decided he will repeat “White privilege” again and again until he believes someone is impressed with his deep thinking ability.
He has also decided that because of the pervasiveness of “White privilege” it was up to him to devise some new mumbo jumbo to make his point that, well, White people suck which is what Smith really wants to say.
Babbling on he wrote, “Millennials are fluent in colorblindness and diversity, while remaining illiterate in the language of anti-racism.” But “that’s not entirely their fault,” he continues, “… because Baby Boomers and Gen Xers” didn’t teach them about race properly.” How magnanimous of him! He continued with, “whites” have been foolishly taught “Everyone is equal… and therefore everyone has equal opportunity for success.”
In true Orwellian New-speak, Smith opined, “Equal representation in college, the workforce, and positions of power is not equality because many of such institutions are racist and equal opportunity is racist because it does not eliminate the power structure that white supremacists use to oppress minorities.” Now isn’t that impressive?
Smith closed with an embarrassingly stupid comment about “white supremacy” in America tying it to White privilege (of course). According to Smith, “Anti-black racism has been the law of the land, manifest in policies regarding housing, employment, education, and the justice system.”
We paid for this pedestrian foolishness because we pay for the Public Broadcasting system. When does a sane commenter get the mic?
Why don’t we just all come out and admit it?

It will never be enough for people like this no matter what. I doubt full reparations wouldn’t satisfy this guy....and then it would be on to the next faux complaint anyway.
The thing the liberals don’t appreciate is that these days the white racists don’t have to oppress, hold down, or murder blacks.
The blacks are doing all of the above far better than ever could have been accomplished in the wildest dreams of the Klan.
Black people have willingly aborted millions of their children so why does the Klan have to lynch anyone? To the contrary, I’d be surprised if Klansman don’t secretly run fund raisers for Planned Parenthood.
Black teenagers every year kill each other in greater numbers than the sum total of people ever killed by the Klan.
Black people willingly kill themselves with drugs and alcohol.
I could go on but the point is that the real ‘white privilege’ is that most of us are not self destructive.

I admit, I’m totally illiterate in the language of “anti-racism,” whatever that is. Over the years, I have become extremely literate in liberal racism...and you, Mr. Smith, are an extreme example of a liberal racist.
