73 is not THAT old these days.
That’s what stress will do to you.

"Sarah courageously stepped up after Jim was shot to prevent others from enduring what our family has gone through, and her work has saved countless lives," the family's statement read.
Name one.

I could go on about fanatic attempts to deprive our citizens of their 2nd Amendment rights, but instead, I'll pray she rest in peace with her husband.

The Brady’s misfortune was real enough; their blame misplaced. She should have blamed John Hinckley, not the revolver.

Ronald Reagan promised Sarah Brady he would do “anything” she asked him to do. She interpreted “anything” to mean “absolutely anything,” and asked Reagan to support her unconstitutional gun control bill. Unfortunately, Reagan had such a soft heart he didn’t tell her, “By ‘anything,’ I didn’t mean anything evil and unconstitutional.”

Some people argue a position out of ignorance. I believe she knew what she was doing was corrupt. I think she was corrupt.
She used her husband for nefarious purposes. I don’t shed any tears for her.

Listen. Here’s the deal.
There’s an old tradition of being polite on obituary threads, except for outright traitors like Ted Kennedy.
She was absolutely anti-constitutional, and luckily most of her life was tasting defeat on the gun control front.
But since she was not (by my definition) an outright traitor — in the T Kennedy / B Obama / V Jarrett / N Pelosi / L Slaughter / H Reid model — I won’t do anything except say “R.I.P.”
