That got me to looking deeper into Walker and his positions on the issues, and I was surprised to discover that he has flip-flopped even more than Mitt Romney did.
Just one example — Walker, who had been opposed to ethanol mandates, flipped to supporting them just before he appeared in front of the Iowa Ag Summit.
