The timeing of this prosecution/persacution is quite interesiting
as Menendez speaks out against administration totalarization in respect to liberalizing relationships to Cuba and Iran.
The Dept. of "JUST-US" is a Judicial arm of the Executive Branch , and seeks to take action immediately before the _reisident's only possible foreign policy , 'claimed success'.
The "JUST-US" Dept. selects which laws it will enforce , and will ignore other laws (selective enforcement), also known legally as "Arbitrary and Capricoious",
we are already aware of threats of retaliation from the _resident's senior advisor
This is one of those retaliatory actions by the Executive branch .
