Are there even places in N.D. where weed would grow outdoors or will these growing operations need to be in indoor farms??

Hemp probably grows fine in ND. However if hemp farming becomes common hemp pollen will be everywhere and it is going to be just about impossible to grow good marijuana outdoors.
