Indiana Gov. Mike Pence (R) said Tuesday he will back an amendment to the state's new "religious freedom" law clarifying that it does not allow businesses to deny service to anyone, and insisted that he never intended to discriminate against members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.

What ever happened to “This is my business, I own the store and can decide who I wish to serve.” Does this mean idiots can wear their pants hanging down to their knees or be barefooted in my store? Does this repeal the law for nakedness or you can expectorate (spit) on sidewalks or in my store? If I don’t want to bake a cake for anyone for any reason, isn’t that my right? Governor Pence, stand your ground.

Note to Republican’s playing the “Conservative” role: if you ain’t for us, you’re against us.
We are already at war with the Left. They fire salvo after salvo, searching for bakeries that deny gay wedding cakes, halls that won’t host gay marriages until they find one. Then, they attack.

The best thing for businesses to do is flat out lie, when someone comes into your business(And you can pretty much tell right away if that person is a fruitcake or not) just say “No, we don’t make wedding cakes anymore, we used to but not anymore” that’s the only way around it unfortunately because the second you refuse these deviants they cry to the media
It is indeed sad to see a generally Conservative office holder, so totally miss the point in a contemporary controversy. As I understand it, the whole issue is whether or not to give free men & women in Indiana the right to make their own decisions, rather than some bureaucrat's decisions, as to whom or with what they will associate, or do business.
Would someone please explain to the Governor of our respected neighbor, that it is not fit for the Government of Indiana to discriminate against people who merely want to retain their traditional freedom to live by their own religious lights, rather than State policy? That the right to discriminate--that is make your own decisions, based upon your own lights--is the very essence of liberty; while Governmental denial of that right, goes to the very essence of tyranny.
It is nuts that this is the state of this nation. And these are the supposed adults!
So why waste time on the original legislation? Toss it out.
