Indiana Gov. Mike Pence (R) said Tuesday he will back an amendment to the state's new "religious freedom" law clarifying that it does not allow businesses to deny service to anyone, and insisted that he never intended to discriminate against members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.

He's now dead to the only constituency who actually wanted him. Complete cave, couldn't even stay on his feet for a week when the criticism came before falling prostrate to the LGBT activists.
Yes but unlike you I am not perfect. I said I weep for them, but that at the moment I am angry at what is going on.
I dont know the formal name of that law, but the religious freedom restoration act?
The one Indiana and Arkansas were trying to implement?
It was supposed to PROTECT Christians, not brand us a TARGETS!
Our nation has fallen, we have abandoned God...

So if a baker in Indiana doesnt want to bake a cake for a gay marriage, is Mike Pence saying she doesnt have the right to decline and must bake the cake???That is exactly what just happened.
Did Pence just turn this law for religious freedom into a gay rights bill?
Also, could you please start a named “WhiteHeterosexualsMeet.com”
Every business discriminates for and against various sectors of the public market population based on what it chooses to sell, and what it choose to not sell.
Every sentient being discriminates in every economic or social decision he or she makes. The Left has conditioned our politicians & journalists into a Pavlovian dog-like state, where they do not see this; but it is so.
There have been insane moments before, in human history. But what the Leftwing/Collectivists have achieved in recent decades, has to be one of the looniest achievements in human history. Even the writers of ancient comedy never imagined anything quite like this.
So now it a gay rights bill and not one to protect people who object to doing stuff for a gay wedding?
Flashmob rule.
Not a "rights" bill; rather one granting special privilege for those with sexual or asexual idiosyncrasies. No one really has a right not to be rejected by others; it is a Governmentally granted special privilege; and should be understood as such.
“So the governor wants a religious liberty law that does not protect religious liberty?”
Todd Starnes nailed it!
And I’m shocked about Mike Pence. He used to be a fighter. Mark Levin always liked him, too.
Pence embarrassed me, and I haven’t set foot in IN since 1991.
