Hitting the sauce? A beer? Or 3? Doesn’t really peg my GiveADamn meter.
OTOH...When you think about it, it’s probably better that the President, not just Obama but any President, refrain from drinking at all. And this coming from someone who has probably drank up, if not a small ocean at least one of the lessor Great Lakes. I should know....

Started drinking? If memory serves Ostumbles medical report a year or so ago called for a reduction in alchohol consumption. And you just know in your heart he’s smoking like a chimney. :-)

It is a stain to the honor of the Corps that they are forced to transport THIS guy .

I guess it depends on the hours you keep...Guys working from 6PM to 6 AM in the oilfields would drive home, clean up, and go out for a couple beers by 9AM. But for them, that was the equivalent of someone who works 9 to 5 having a couple by 8PM.
Maybe they were ordered for the night shift...or maybe duh-1 can add 'sot' to his resume.
