Voters are more concerned with finding a candidate to restore their personal economic outlook than they are with how conservative the Republican Party is, expected GOP presidential candidate Mike Huckabee told Face the Nation on Sunday.
Huckabee told host Bob Schieffer he knows there will be a “big brouhaha” over which Republican candidate will be most conservative, but added, “there really isn’t an outright liberal in the whole bunch.”
There may be degrees of conservatism from policy to policy, he said, but, “compared to the current administration, all of us are conservative.”
Huckabee said voters don’t care about the horizontal focus on who is more conservative, but on the what he termed the vertical focus on which candidate will pull them up out of their own economic circumstances. …

If you can’t recognize that Huckabee is either lying or he doesn’t know what conservative is, then you are a Republican voter.
Huckabee proves once again his role is for nothing other than positioning, posturing and politicking.

Huckster is in it to help Jebby and himself. He knows it, Fox News knows it, and anybody with half a sense knows it.
the fact that he actually has to re-assure us that ther are not ‘outright liberals’ in the whole bunch reflects on the pathetic nature of the party.

If Huck thinks that the only priority is “economic” in the 2016 election, he is already toast. The Constitution, the law in government, Obamacare, ILLEGAL immigration are all flashing in big bright lights!
A RINO(huckabe) wouldn’t know a liberal if he backed up into one and tripped.. spraining his tolerance..
and if a supposed masked “christian” would drop his pants and wiggle.. his tolerance..
We don't care about labels. We care about actions to push back liberalism and tangible results to achieve conservative goals like reducing the size of government, rolling back regulations, decreasing spending, lowering taxes, and restoring personal freedoms. Unfortunately, no matter what you call or label Republicans, they just don't do that.

I think you’re absolutely right. Huckabee is a FAUX conservative who is just trying to keep his name recognition up for future earning reasons. A side “benefit” is that he will draw some primary votes from Cruz from the “low-information”/gullible conservatives.
