Thou, O king, hast made a decree, that every man that shall hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, shall fall down and worship the golden image: And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth, that he should be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace. (Daniel 3:10-11)
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. (Daniel 3:16-18)
Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated. And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace. (Daniel 3:19-20)
Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. (Daniel 3:24-25)
Its going to get hot for those who want to conform to Christ and not the unholy decrees of liberals, but the Lord will be with us in the fire, watching the therms, and deliver us in His time, praise God.
Genesis 19:9

Get out of our way, they replied. This fellow came here as a foreigner, and now he wants to play the judge! Well treat you worse than them. They kept bringing pressure on Lot and moved forward to break down the door.

Amen, brother!
I remember the day I began to see the big picture concerning America’s acceptance of homosexuality. Frankly, I never dreamed that this particular sin would become so widely accepted. And now it’s not only accepted, it’s celebrated. On that day, I understood that those of us who adhere to God’s Word were soon to be scorned, detested and relegated to the outskirts of society. My soul felt crushed at the realization of just how quickly we were spiraling into our own demise.
I frequently hear of Christians who believe homosexuality and homosexual marriage is acceptable in the eyes of God. We are an embarrassment to them. I know of a protestant church whose pastor was homosexual and who was living with his homosexual boyfriend. I say “was” because he’s no longer pastor of that church, but that’s only because he took a secular job. His church seemed to be fine with his lifestyle choice.
One of the saddest aspects of this lie concerning homosexuality is that homosexuals are not being convicted of their sin. Nobody embraces adultery or thievery as a viable lifestyle option. Instead, they’re presented with the gospel and given an opportunity to repent. But that’s not so for homosexuals with rare exception. Therefore, they have a false sense of their salvation. What a tragic deception this is. It’s going to cost millions their very souls. Just heartbreaking.
P.S. This is the time spoken of in 2 Timothy 4:3:
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears...”
