Doing so is akin to standing on a gold course during a the thunderstorm with a golf club raised to Heaven. The time will come..
They seem to have no problem discriminating against citizens who want to exercise the rights guaranteed to them by the Constitution.
Angie's List has been criticized for the fundamental contradiction between its claimed philosophy ("Companies can't pay to be on Angie's List") and the conflict of interest caused by reliance on advertising revenue for 70% of cash flow.[8] Answering a complaint from a user, David Segal found that when subscribers post a negative review of a company to Angie's List, a staff member discusses it with them in an attempt to rectify the situation. If the company is one that advertises with Angie's List, the negative review will be removed and then the customer must give an A or B grade. The company's effort to keep advertisers happy reveals their conflict of interest.[9]
The October 2013 issue of Consumer Reports Money Adviser reported: "We think that the ability of A- and B-rated companies to buy their way to the top of the default search results skews the results. Cheryl Reed, a spokeswoman for the company, disagrees. 'We dont believe that,' she says. But Angies List marketing materials intended for businesses say that companies that advertise get 'an advantage of increased exposure' that 'can propel you ahead of your competition.' They get 12 times more profile views than companies that dont buy ads. Angies List encourages businesses to solicit reviews by giving customers free, postage-paid forms, stickers on thank you notes, and Web links embedded in e-mail invoices. But experts who study survey techniques say that can create a bias for positive reviews. Angies List misleads consumers by prominently promising that 'businesses dont pay' and that its a consumer-driven service supported by membership fees. But almost 70 percent of the companys revenues come from advertising purchased by the service providers being rated. Angies List tells consumers that it provides 'reviews you can trust,' and takes steps to detect and remove fraudulent positive and negative reviews. But company investment disclosures say that 'we cannot guarantee the accuracy of our reviews.' [10]

Thou, O king, hast made a decree, that every man that shall hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, shall fall down and worship the golden image: And whoso falleth not down and worshippeth, that he should be cast into the midst of a burning fiery furnace. (Daniel 3:10-11)
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. (Daniel 3:16-18)
Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated. And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace. (Daniel 3:19-20)
Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. (Daniel 3:24-25)
Its going to get hot for those who want to conform to Christ and not the unholy decrees of liberals, but the Lord will be with us in the fire, watching the therms, and deliver us in His time, praise God.
Angies list has always been a scam.
Yeah...and I live in the most liberal part of my state...the NW corner of Indiana is infested with liberal slag from Chicago and crook county...
And?
At least my taxes won't be on the hook for yet another bribery attempt by my government!

Get out of our way, they replied. This fellow came here as a foreigner, and now he wants to play the judge! Well treat you worse than them. They kept bringing pressure on Lot and moved forward to break down the door.

Amen, brother!
I remember the day I began to see the big picture concerning America’s acceptance of homosexuality. Frankly, I never dreamed that this particular sin would become so widely accepted. And now it’s not only accepted, it’s celebrated. On that day, I understood that those of us who adhere to God’s Word were soon to be scorned, detested and relegated to the outskirts of society. My soul felt crushed at the realization of just how quickly we were spiraling into our own demise.
I frequently hear of Christians who believe homosexuality and homosexual marriage is acceptable in the eyes of God. We are an embarrassment to them. I know of a protestant church whose pastor was homosexual and who was living with his homosexual boyfriend. I say “was” because he’s no longer pastor of that church, but that’s only because he took a secular job. His church seemed to be fine with his lifestyle choice.
One of the saddest aspects of this lie concerning homosexuality is that homosexuals are not being convicted of their sin. Nobody embraces adultery or thievery as a viable lifestyle option. Instead, they’re presented with the gospel and given an opportunity to repent. But that’s not so for homosexuals with rare exception. Therefore, they have a false sense of their salvation. What a tragic deception this is. It’s going to cost millions their very souls. Just heartbreaking.
P.S. This is the time spoken of in 2 Timothy 4:3:
“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears...”
Thank you for posting this information. I just contacted Angieslist and not only cancelled but got a prorated refund! I wish that I had never signed up with them. We had moved to a new area and thought they might help us find new doctors, dentist, ect. Angieslist was worthless!
