Let me get this straight - been here since (or born in 1977 you decide) but can't even speak English, after 39 years!
Deport those who cannot or will not speak English, claiming to have been here for more than 25 years!!

That is not a certified birth certificate with a raised seal. In California the counties, not the State of California Department of Health, issue certified birth certificates with a raised seal. I had to go through the process here in California in order to get my first passport. Jose’s story does not add up.
