Sean Penn sarcastically thanked former President George W. Bush and former Vice President Dick Cheney Wednesday night for “inventing” the Islamic State terror group that is wreaking havoc across the Middle East.
“You mentioned Dick Cheney, this kind of, you know, embittered bacteria of humanity,” the actor told TBS talk show host Conan O'Brien. “It’s always a surprise to me to remember that, through bionic technology and so on, this guy’s still here.”
“These are the guys — he and President Bush and some others — who invented Daesh, or ISIS,” Mr. Penn said, using the Arabic name and the acronym commonly used for the terror group.

I had a feeling we hadn’t yet heard from the very stupidest American celebrity, but I could quite remember who that was.
Everything is Bush’s fault. Doesn’t matter what it is: Blame Bush.
It’s actually racist for not holding Obama accountable for ANY of his own actions.
Exiting Iraq early was a huge mistake. Underestimating ISIS and arming them in Syria was an even bigger mistake.
Unless... it wasn’t actually a mistake.
What a clown. If any US politician deserves credit for “inventing” IS(IS), it would be Obama, who stopped all the fighting against its predecessor “Al-Qa’eda In Iraq”.
And of course Seánín Ó Penn is completely silent about the depredations of his buddy Nicolás Maduro.

Let’s see, Obama “helps” Libya with Arab Spring and radical Islam takes over. Obama “helps” Egypt with “Arab Spring” and radical Islam takes over, for a while. Obama “helps” Iraq and Syria and radical Islam takes over then consolidates into ISIS. Obama then “helps” Yemen and radical Islam takes over and aligns with ISIS. I’m not sure if we are involved in Nigeria but Beaucoup Haram is aligning with ISIS.
I may have the timeline wrong but this sure looks like W’s doing fer shur.
I’m also sure that it has nothing to do with Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin and a few billion into a trust fund.
Ask him exactly how Bush and Co. are responsible for ISIS and you will get more democrat talking points. Goebbels and Alinsky had it right...just keep repeating the big lie and it eventually becomes the truth in feeble minds.
