What if Hillary Clinton’s emails were hacked by foreign agents when she was the secretary of state? What if persons claiming to have done so are boasting about their alleged feats on Internet websites and in chat rooms traditionally associated with illegal or undercover activities? What if this is the sore underbelly of an arrogant and lawless secretary of state who used her power to exempt herself from laws that govern executive branch employees and didn’t care about national security?
What if the law required Clinton to swear under oath on her first day as secretary of state that she would comply with all laws governing the use of federal records? What if the principal governing law — the Federal Records Act of 1950 — makes it clear that when you work for the feds all the records you receive and generate belong to the government and you cannot lawfully conceal them from the government?

Everyone is worried about whether she signed the document and/or was hacked. Why is NO ONE asking the big question?
The email server was set up by and paid for by the Clinton Foundation. No one knows who had email, if they had clearance, if they were State Department employees. Not only is this a conflict of interest, it is a crime. It is the same as comingling funds. In fact, it is comingling funds. Did State reimburse the Clinton Foundation or a specific person in charge. Did Hillary have this done at her own expense(Foundation)? That would be illegal. Where are the people questioning Holder? Where is Gowdey’s Committee with these particular questions. We will never get the emails. Get the facts of the crime and PUSH.

The whole “Clinton aura” thing is interesting.
The media constantly pushes the line that BJ is the most popular politician in the USA.
But just about every candidate he campaigned for in 2014 lost.
At this point I’m not sure why I, as a taxpayer, should abide by and follow any federal law. Those who create them don’t, so why should I? For some noble concept of Rule Of Law? We’re way beyond that. Setting the example isn’t working anymore. Might be time to fundamentally transform my behavior.
The “broken window” theory applies to laws, too. I can think of a lot of laws I find annoying that I might just “choose to ignore”.
The “living constitution” decrees that Democrats can move the goalposts or ignore laws they don’t like. Only works for Democrats though.
Hillary has broken laws for 40 years. What difference does it make.

When Obama got elected the dems and their allies in the MSM started a talking points campaign that there was an unprecedented number of threats against Obamas life.
They continued to ratchet up the rhetoric making claims the right wing extremist being led by Glenn Beck wanted to assassinate Obama.
The rhetoric continued to be ratcheted up with claims the Secret Service was full of racist Bush holdovers that would love to see Obama assassinated.
Howard dean then made the claim the republicans were doing to Obama what they had done to B Clinton, they wanted to kill the president.
Dean quickly corrected himself and said kill his policies.
Following the 1994 election the dems had started a talking points campaign claiming the right wing extremist being led by Rush wanted to assassinate the president.
B Clinton had taken a trip to the Philippines, where Terry Nickels had been going, and surprise surprise the was an assassination plot against Clinton.
The dems had concocted an assassination plot against Obama to blame on the racist right wing extremist.
Shortly after H Dean had inadvertently exposed the plot, Hillary took a trip overseas and low and behold the was an assassination plot against Hillary. The info as to when Hillary would be in a particular location so she could be attacked had to originate from Hillary’s state dept.
If you notice Hillary set up her email while Bush was still president and Bush’s “racist” Secret Service were still responsible for security. Notice how they have made the point that Hillary’s email server in her house was guarded by SS.
The assassination plot against Obama was supposed to come back to the right wing racist Secret Service didn’t secure Hillary’s email which allowed terrorist to hack into the account and find out where Obama would be on a particular day.
By blaming the SS the security of the Obama WH could then be taken from career SS and turned over to dem party loyalist which would keep their mouths shut about what was going on in the WH. No more Gary Aldrich SS.
Which time?

At this point what difference does it make, she has already broken the law by doing what she did. The real issue is, should she be prosecuted and jailed. When someone with an actual backbone (Holder? I doubt it) decides to go after her, THEN we will see. Right now, my money is on she skates free.

I don’t know enough about computers so maybe you can help me out here.
Since we have been told numerous times the server was in Hillary’s house under the security of the SS, but someone has now tracked her server to a govt building in NYC, IIRC,
could she have recently set up a completely different server without security in a second location and changed from the server in her house to the second server without anyone knowing about it simply to create the lax security talking point?
