Marcus Johnson Jr.'s parents figured a sunny day at a city park was just what their son, a 6-year-old kindergartner, needed while recovering from heart surgery the previous week and a doctor's visit that same day.
Instead, the family will bury Marcus on Thursday after the child was shot in the chest and killed in an attack his mother and father said stemmed from a traffic dispute. The boy's 15-year-old brother and a 69-year-old family friend were also wounded by the occupants of a car who shot at the family's minivan as it left O'Fallon Park on the city's north side on March 11. Marcus Johnson Sr. said he returned fire in self-defense as the rolling shootout continued for several blocks, with three other children ages 8, 10 and 11 in the car.

Only black thug lives matter and only if they are killed by police while they are committing a crime. Black lives taken by black thugs don't seem to matter even if its a child's life they take.

And only when the death can be used to fan the flames of racial hatred.

The boy's parents told The Associated Press in an interview Wednesday that the dispute began when Marcus Johnson Sr. had a brief conversation with an acquaintance in a nearby car that stopped while the two chatted. A passenger in another vehicle got out of that car to express his displeasure, they said. They make it sound oh so Victorian.
Gentleman One: I say, good chap, would you mind conversing about the day at a location not prohibiting we travelers from conducting the business of the day?
Gentleman Two: Oh, quite right you are. I didn't see that our discourse had forbade free and unfettered collocation!

We have here in our ghettos a pre Biblical system of justice in which the slightest of perceived offenses requires that the person who feels offended must, for his honor to remain intact, kill the perceived offender. That will probably progress to killing the offender and all his family. This will result eventually in some intense vigilantism on the part of the surrounding culture that has not descended that far yet and then police repression of that majority culture by the Authorities.

Sure, but the shoot out was not over traffic, I'd put money on it. So pot or meth?

Marcus Sr. irritated someone and then engaged in a rolling gunfight rather than seeking safety. Did the other driver fire off a series of blasts into Marcus’ stopped car and did this compel Marcus to drive after them guns blazing?
Or was it a series of words escalating to gunfire because someone didn’t like hearing that their driving sucked?

I’m sure that all the shooters had the proper CCWs too.Just law abiding citizens who got caught in an unfortunate situation.

Did the other driver fire off a series of blasts into Marcus stopped car ...Who knows? The article just says the other party "expressed his displeasure," which probably means screaming obscenities.

I’ll care when the legacy media focuses just two stories on the rash of elderly white women being raped and murdered by “teens”, or on the girl in Mississippi who was burned alive by “teens”.

How many hundreds of thousands did we have to pay to have this kids heart worked on, only to have his father put him in a situation to be killed?
These people are so undeserving of our money words can’t express my contempt.

It is interesting how there are certain behaviors that seem to be more prevalent among certain subcultures (generally manifesting as thoughtlessness towards other people). For example, the whole blocking-the-road-to-have-a-conversation-with-someone-on-the-other-side-of-the-road and the talking in a movie theater during the movie...

Which would lead one to believe that certain subcultures are incapable of civilized life beyond a small tribe. An average IQ of approximately 80 among the Negro is an insurmountable handicap towards integration into a society with a much higher average IQ.
