Going in to todays balloting, Benjamin Netanyahu was Israels Prime Minister and, if the exit polls on Israels main television stations prove accurate, he will not be looking for a new job any time soon.
After months of trailing the Zionist Union party at the polls, Netanyahus Likud pulled off a stunning come-from-behind victory.
Despite the disgraceful way in which Israels left-wing media went after the premier and his family in a thinly-veiled attempt to topple him, Netanyahu emerged on top, with the Likud tying or edging out the Zionist Union in all three television exit polls.
Quite simply, Netanyahu is the comeback kid of Israeli politics, the man who has managed to defy the critics, the media, various American Jewish millionaires and the administration in Washington, all of whom sought to bring him down.

Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes!
Liberals are losing their s—t right now - going crazy. Worst day for them since W beat Kerry.
I am cautious here.
I want to see the final vote.
We wouldn’t count on the exit polls here to claim victory unless it was a very wide margin.
I just hope this holds up.
Tantrum Time for Obama
This is hopefully good news, but since there is a lot of coalition building to come, I wonder if Obama will try and use however much money it takes to try and bribe one or more of the minor parties to get them to support the Left?
Anyone want to hazard a guess as to how many millions of dollars that Obama had his henchmen funnel into Israel for use by Bibi’s opponents.
Dick Cheney just did an interview in Playboy. You can read a summary here of his comments on Obama as President:
Thank God!
A rare flicker of intelligence, conscienceand bravery in this world of Obama.

My feelings, exactly.
Next time Obama travels to Israel, I hope them make him enter through the GARBAGE entry.
Only party susceptible to that is Kulanu/Kahlon. Interesting thought!
I think it all comes down to whether a party wants Netanyahu or not, basically. If they don’t, they’re going to go with the Zionist Union. And if they’re on the right, they’re going to go with Netanyahu and the Likud. I don’t think anyone needs any money for that ... :-) ...
Guess those Israelis are just a bunch of racists, huh?

If Obama goes to Israel it will be like the WWII Nazis ,On Trial

The Likud continues to err. The right-wing bloc has gotten smaller. Everything is open until the final results are in and we will know which parties passed the electoral threshold and what kind of government we can form. All of the spin and the commentary is too early. We have formed a negotiating team with the goal of putting together a coalition led by Herzog.
I’m with you. I read , the other day, that the other side had bussed in a bunch of Arabs to ‘vote’ in the election.
How many Obama for Americal and ACORN goons will be sobbing in their pillows?
And I haven’t been able to find the resources or if it is public information but I believe Americans who go to lobby foreign governments must register with the State Department. Of course not that it would happen with the Obama goons. I am sure it will come out that American Obama groupies are actively supporting Bibi’s opposition.
If this proves correct,
Hey obammy,
Up yours moosie turd.
Elections have consequences.
Has Obama blamed congress yet for this?
