CBS NEWS March 14, 2015 GOP to Clinton: Hand Over Your Email Server
Republicans are casting a wider net in their investigation of Hillary Clinton's use of a private email address during her time as secretary of state.
In the GOP's weekly address Saturday, Indiana Rep. Susan Brooks, who is a member of the House Select Committee in charge of scrutinizing the events leading up to the 2012 attack on a U.S. compound in Benghazi, Libya, is calling for Clinton to pass on the actual email server that hosted her private address, rather than just copies of the relevant electronic messages.
"Right now there is no way for us to know whether we have all of the State Department communications that rightfully belong to the American people. The only way to truly know is by having access to Secretary Clinton's personal server," Brooks said in a new video. "That is why we are asking Secretary Clinton to turn her server over to a neutral, third-party arbiter."
Citing the need for the surveyor to be "completely impartial and independent," Brooks also called on a third party to sift through the thousands of pages accumulated over Clinton's tenure in President Obama's Cabinet.

agree fully with this demand for the server BUT
obviously (she’s no fool) she’s shredded that server weeks ago....or melted it down....or pitched it into Marianas Trench....
if anyone gets hold of any server from her, it will be a fake (another one instead, without any files of any interest)
But the NSA knows. And if the email account was commercial in nature rather than government (which seems rather obvious) then the carrier has the email. There are ways to get the messages.
I maintain that "demanding the server" is mere misdirection to convince the sheeple that Congress is "really serious".

Maybe, but the more she diddles the server the worse it will be for her. Somehow changing out the drives would be counterproductive for her. It would simply deepen the hole she’s digging for herself and we know that Valerie Jarrett will “be helping her.” There will be no “the dog ate my lunch” out for her.
Trey Gowdy and Jason Chaffetz need to go to OMB---and demand all records relating to taxpayers subsidizing the Clintons---OMB payments to Bill Clinton's Harlem office including the number of electronic devices he owns and whether taxpayers subsidized the infamous server.
Congress needs to launch multiple investigations into Hillary’s State Dept tenure:

It's becoming clearer why Bill Clinton used a shocking 21 phone nos and email addresses----because L/E knows multiple phone no's and emails is an indication of possible money-laundering and tax evasion.

Abedin and hubby, disgraced sexter/loser ex-Rep. Anthony Weiner, purportedly hauled in some $350,000 in outside income on top of Abedin’s $135,000 govt salary.
Abedin held “special government employee” status, and worked a sideline---as a private contractor. One of Huma's clients was Bill Clinton's Company----Teneo Holdings----a dual-track consulting firm that calls itself the “next chapter in strategic advisory.”

HUMAN EVENTS EXCERPT: A former employee of bankrupt MF Global accused former president Clinton----chairman of Teneo's advisory board----of collecting $50,000 per month through his Teneo advisory firm in the months before MFG careened towards its Halloween filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, as hundreds of millions of investor funds disappeared.
Teneo was hired by MF Global’s former CEO Jon S. Corzine to improve his image and to enhance his connections with Clinton’s political family, said the employee, who asked that his name be withheld because he feared retribution, according to HE.
The source, who is no longer associated with MF Global, said Teneo is a dual-track company with one side devoted to merchant and investment banking and the other side set up to provide image and strategy consulting services. An earlier NYT's expose tarred Bill Clinton w/ Teneo's sub rosa dealings. Teneo is run by Clinton aide---Doug Band. Prosecutors found Band and Clinton listed in pedophile's Jeffry Epsteiin's records as having a shocking 21 email addresses and tele nos........that L/E recognizes as the MO for money-laundering and tax evasion.
I have a few questions for techies.
1. Couldn’t the House Select Committee or another committee in congress ask the IG for State to pull email from backup tapes (like they did with the IRS on Lerner) for all email that Hilary sent to/received from any .gov address?
2. If she has a private server, wouldn’t she still need an Internet Service Provider? If so, do they keep backup tapes or perhaps they had a cloud storage. If that’s the case, couldn’t Congress subpoena such provider? Given the length of time, perhaps they wouldn’t have kept records that long.
3. I’m not familiar with Blackberry storage. She used an iPhone and Blackberry - does anyone know if those service providers keep records for any length of time (on their servers or in the cloud) that could be subpoenaed by Congress?
As an aside, someone on FNC said the other day that Hillary as SoS received all the President Daily Briefings, which would be termed classified (I think she said she never received any classified docs). First and last time I recall reading or hearing about that.
