The only Time I lose netflix is if my cable internet goes completely down which is very seldom. maybe three times a year for any down time more than 10 minutes.

That is most likely due to your internet provider.
I have an intermediate level Internet via my cable company. If the cable co is working on the lines or equipment, I get intermittent disconnects. Otherwise, I get 50 Mbps and seldom have any buffering or disconnecting while watching Netflix movies/TV programs. I also use a ROKU 3 box to stream Netflix. A movie or TV program loads and starts playing in about 3 seconds.
