would enjoy my Netflix much more if it didn't keep losing its connection at least 7 times per movie. I suspect Im not alone.
That is most likely due to your internet provider.
I have an intermediate level Internet via my cable company. If the cable co is working on the lines or equipment, I get intermittent disconnects. Otherwise, I get 50 Mbps and seldom have any buffering or disconnecting while watching Netflix movies/TV programs. I also use a ROKU 3 box to stream Netflix. A movie or TV program loads and starts playing in about 3 seconds.

Yeah, I'm stuck between the Samsung blu-Ray and the Internet provider. Each blames the other but in the meantime, it's frustrating to attempt to watch it. Funny thing is, the Sony blu-Ray in the bedroom doesn't have the problem. I tend to think it's the Samsung...they swear it's not.
