Senior State Department staff need to be on the hot seat as well, including the Chief Counsel, the Chief Information Officer, the SOS’s Chief of Staff, and the senior person in charge of IT and communications security. (I don’t know exactly what the titles are at State, but someone will have those functions.) HRC didn’t just do this behind the curtain. A considerable number of people at State would have been knowledgeable about the Secretary’s email, and should have objected.

"1) Where was the server(s) located exactly?"

"Sadly, I lost my server when it fell into Kensico reservoir during an unfortunate boating accident."
