Only 47 of them? Was this a bi-partisan letter, or only one from 47 Republicans? Why isn't this number closer to 100, as opposed to only 47? Do they all need a refresher course on who is Constitutionally-bound to ratify treaties with foreign nations?
They should have ended the letter with ... and there is not a chance in hell of you getting nuclear weapons.
