I was near Cancun last week & it was soo pleasant but a tad humid.

When I left Utah it was snowing, then cold rain in AZ when I got home. I’ve been throught the gammit!:)

Booker T. Washington White (Bukka was a phonetic spelling of his first name), was a first cousin of B.B. King's mother. Born in Mississippi in 1909, he is remembered as a player of National steel guitars and his slide guitar work on this 1927 recording of his "Fixin' To Die Blues" is not only superb, but justifiably legendary and absolutely mesmerizing. 70 years later, Canadian bluesman Colin James recreated the sound with a bit more technology on his "National Steel" tribute album.
