Iran is but one facet of the overall problem. The main issue is that one of the tribe dared to stand against the dictator on anything and that individual must be crushed to keep the others in line. Opposition from the Republicans is to be expected and can simply be ignored, but dissent from within is a sign of serious trouble and must be dealt with. I'm just surprised that the rest of the RAT party seems surprised. Especially since this isn't something new. How do they think Slick Willy kept his clout?
