WASHINGTON -- An army appeals court has ordered the military to stop its regular practice of referring to Private First Class Chelsea Manning as a man.
The military had been asked by Manning and her attorney to cease the habit, but filed an official opposition to that request.
The Army Court of Criminal Appeals has now ruled on the matter, ordering that “future formal papers filed before this court and all future orders and decisions issued by this court shall either be neutral, e.g., Private First Class Manning or appellant, or employ a feminine pronoun.”

Exactly. This BS Obama has thrown on the military is killing combat effectiveness. Throwing fags, lesbians, and whatever on the military is a slap in the face to everyone one of us who ever served. The SOB took an oath of enlistment as Private Bradley Manning -—SN and the Army does not change anything for males except for rank, some SN prefix’s and some entire SN’s.

Well, until scientists figure out a way to give Manning two x chromosomes, I’m going to keep referring to him as Bradley.
Why not? They can make Obama a "natural born citizen" by the wave of a gavel. Anything is possible when your legal system is not reality based. Any day now I expect to hear that a horse has been appointed to the Senate.
The “army appeals court” that rendered this decision must have been populated by military attorneys similar to the reserve military attorney Little Lindsey Graham.
